Lutheran Church staff (TLC) maintains a beautiful facility in Garden Ridge which we make available to our members and to the wider community for a wide range of functions.  We are able to provide several different sized meeting spaces, along with tables, chairs and audio/visual equipment.  Our rental rates are comparable with similar facilities in the area.  If you are planning a meeting, a business dinner or a family occasion in North East San Antonio, consider TLC!

Our Facilities Include:

Sanctuary -- Seating 185, our sanctuary includes a high apex ceiling, a natural rock front wall with stained glass inserts, dimmable lighting, grand piano, 2017 Rodger's organ, and a variety of liturgical furnishings.  Video screen projection and a sound system are available.

Library – Suitable for small groups, this room features a large meeting table with seating for 12.

The Gathering Place – Facing Bat Cave Road, this adjunct room is part of the Fellowship Hall, but can be rented separately.  It is perfect for meetings and smaller groups of up to 50 people.

Kitchen – The Fellowship Hall has a full commercial kitchen with a serving counter, refrigerator and freezer, commercial range and oven and plenty of space.

Fellowship Hall – Our largest room can hold up to 299.  It can be fully outfitted with tables and chairs. It features a state of the art sound and video system.

Congregational members receive a 50% discount.

Deposit is 50% of anticipated fee.

Security Deposit is 25% of anticipated fee.

With prior approval, youth groups may use our facility at $20 per person per night.

Security Deposit and full facility usage fees are to be paid thirty (30) days in advance of facility use.  Any check returned for non-payment, for whatever reason, will be subject to an additional $25.00 handling fee.

Hours of use include set up and clean up time.
