Triumphant Lutheran Mission Plan…Next Phase
On April 13-14, 2012, more than 80 interviews were conducted by Bill Krejci and Paul Blom as the first phase in our Strategic/Vision-planning process. A big thank you to everyone who participated.
On Saturday, June 2, 2012, Bill and Paul returned for the Mission Planning Workshop, where 75 of us met to hear the results and findings from those interviews and to begin developing our mission plan. Through the study of scripture, the sharing of information, and the visions of TLC members, our vision for the future of TLC has begun to emerge.
The next step? On Wednesday, July 11, 2012, MK Assoc presented the First Draft of the Mission Plan based on the findings from the interviews and the results of the Mission Planning Workshop. The Ministry Team Leaders will met with their teams over the following two months to discuss the findings and begin making plans. They reported to the Council at the October Council meeting. Council meetings are open to the congregation.
Corrections to the First Draft have been submitted to MK Assoc. and a Second Draft is coming very soon. Watch the church bulletin, newsletter, and this webpage for updates!

The incoming 2013 Church Council will utilize this Mission Plan as a working document with which to build the future of Triumphant!
A Special Council meeeting will be held on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at 12:15pm (after the second service) to review the planning accomplished at the Council Retreat in January. The plan will be presented to the Congregation in April.
