Triumphant Lutheran Mission Plan

The Process to Creating Triumphant Lutheran Church's Mission Plan:

On April 13-14, 2012, more than 80 interviews were conducted by Bill Krejci and Paul Blom of MK Associates as the first phase in our Strategic/Vision-planning process. A big thank you to everyone who participated.

On June 2, 2012, Bill and Paul returned for the Mission Planning Workshop, where 75 of us met to hear the results and findings from those interviews and to begin developing our mission plan. Through the study of scripture, the sharing of information, and the visions of TLC members, our vision for the future of TLC has begun to emerge.

On July 11, 2012, MK Associates presented the First Draft of the Mission Plan based on the findings from the interviews and the results of the Mission Planning Workshop. The Ministry Team Leaders met with their teams over the following two months to discuss the findings and begin making plans. They reported to the Council at the October 2012 Council Meeting. Council meeting are open to the congregation.

Thank you to all who attended the unveiling of the First Draft on July 11, 2012.

A Special Council meeting was held on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at 12:15pm (after second service) to review the planning accomplished at the Council Retreat in January. The plan was presented to the Congregation at a Congregational Meeting on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at 10:00am.

On December 9, 2013, the Final Plan was presented to Council. The Final Plan is now available in the church office for any TLC member who wishes to see it.

Church Council continues to utilize the Final Draft of this Mission Plan as a working document with which to build the future of Triumphant!
