Church Council: Meet the Team

John Gallo

PRESIDENT

The Council President calls and presides over Congregational and Council meetings, and ensures the Council follows the Constitution and Bylaws.

Barbara Wade

VICE PRESIDENT

The Vice President assists the President and assumes duties of the President if President is unavailable. The VP also leads the Oktoberfest Team in planning the annual TLC Oktoberfest event.

Nicholle Seiler

SECRETARY

The Secretary keeps a record of attendance and takes minutes at the Council and Congregational meetings.

John Schultz

FINANCIAL SECRETARY

The Financial Secretary is responsible for keeping an accurate record of incoming funds and depositing those funds.

Gordon Hengst

TREASURER

The Treasurer records all funds deposited by the Financial Secretary and disburses those funds as directed.

WORSHIP & MUSIC

We support the Praise Band, Choir, Altar Guild, Sound and Light Team (SALT), Acolytes, Ushers, Readers, and Assistants. We are a large number of people who help worship services run smoothly, often from behind the scenes. We would love for you to join us!

Amy Coronado

SERVANT OUTREACH

We grow in Christ to serve others by feeding needy children, collecting school supplies, visiting residents in rehabilitation centers, helping new mothers, putting together Thanksgiving Food Baskets, organizing the Angel Tree at Christmas, supporting RACAP (Randolph Area Christian Assistance Program), and more! Come help us help others!

Aaron Theilengerdes

DISCIPLESHIP

Responsible for coordinating non-worship activities that help members achieve individual spiritual growth through Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Bible studies, devotion, and other Christian education. This includes training members of the congregation for leadership and working with Deacon Chris St.Clair for resourcing youth programs.

MINISTRY SUPPORT

The Ministry Support Team is responsible for maintaining the ongoing functions of the church including finances, staff support, and technology.

EVANGELISM

Want to meet new people? Are you a social person who enjoys getting to know others? The Evangelism Team has a lot of fun doing just that!

EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS

At Triumphant Lutheran Preschool and Mother's Day Out, we provide an age-appropriate Christian-based program where children grow academically, socially, physically, and emotionally through play and exploration. Each child learns through hands-on learning opportunities with the guidance of our nurturing staff.

CONGREGATIONAL LIFE

We promote fellowship within the congregation by supporting the team leaders who arrange and coordinate church dinners and other meals, fellowship opportunities, and church celebrations along with a team of helpers.

PROPERTY & RESOURCES

The Property team maintains and repairs the church buildings and grounds by coordinating volunteers and contractors with skills to address any issue that may arise.

We are responsible for educating the congregation on why and how to best utilize and share God's gifts to us of our time, talents, and treasures.
